Account Manger $18 Hour

Steady and growing company located in Schaumburg is looking to add an Account Manager to their Customer Care team! Do you enjoy building relationships, providing customer service and project coordination? This exciting position offers excellent benefits, family atmosphere and brand-new office. Ability to work from home one day a week after probationary period. Pay up to $18/hr to start.

Job duties:

  • Responsible for communication between vendors, client, auditors and internal teams
  • Maintain a rapport with assigned customer accounts to manager
  • Coordinate projects, work with deadlines and research issues
  • Enter orders and verify client information

Job Requirements:
  • Business to business experience
  • 2-3 years Customer Service (not in a call center)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and with any ERP system
  • Experience with project or services coordination, ability to liaise between client and internal teams
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry a Plus
