Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years Customer Service experience (retail is OK)
  • Engaging and personable personality
  • A commitment to go the extra mile to provide outstanding customer service
  • Must be detailed oriented, with a high level of accuracy
  • This will be a metrics environment: call time, response time, call volume
  • Able to work on two screen and type while on the phone
  • Utilize company platforms and technology to handle high call and email volumes
  • Collaborate with department peers to enhance customer experience and team dynamic
  • Other programs and applications will be taught, so applicant must have a comfortable knowledge of computers
  • Must have good work performance history including attendance and punctuality
