Customer Care Specialist | Tulsa, OK
Job Type: Full Time; 9am to 6pm
$12 - 13 per hour

Required Experience:
- 1+ year(s) experience in a call center environment
- Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel
- Swift data entry speed of at least 7,000 key strokes per hour with minimum 98% accuracy
- Customer Loyalty/Retention experience is preferred but not required
Job Duties :
- Work with customers to resolve inquiries
- Maintain a high level of world class customer service/professionalism
- Be receptive to regular coaching and feedback in order to achieve goals
- Explain and inform new and existing customers regarding all products and services available
- Maintain records, prepare specific reports, and update accounts as needed
- Assist in updating account information, correct billing issues, and assist in resolving technical issues through research and various tools provided
