Corporate Recruiter

Our client, a marketing firm, is seeking a Recruiter for an on going contract opportunity. The ideal background for this role would be a recruiter who has experience with full cycle recruiting for corporate roles.

Compensation on an hourly basis will be $25/hr to $35/hr based on experience.


  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting including onboarding of new hires.
  • Interact on a daily basis with managers. Provide updates on open requisitions.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates for open roles and upcoming needs.
  • Maintain tracking reports for upper management.
  • Manage a consistent flow of open requisitions ranging from 10-25 openings.

Job Duties:
  • 5 or more years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience working a professional services firm
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certification in HR preferred
