- Prepare and administer contracts, task orders and amendments
- Participate in negotiation of terms and conditions, pricing analysis, and create contract document
- Monitor performance and manage payments and invoices
- Review legal requirements, company policies and customer objectives
- Excellent communication skills
- College degree preferred
