Job Responsibilities:
- communicate with consumers through live chat or email to answer questions
- receive and promptly respond to customer queries
- will solve problems and troubleshoot
- assist with website errors
- effectively understand customer's concerns and find solutions
- document issues and resolutions
- provide information about products
- assist with incoming call from time to time
