Addison Search Nashville is currently conducting a Controller search for a rapidly-expanding organization just south of Downtown. This position has been created due to recent and expected growth, and will be highly visible within the organization.

The ideal Controller will have 5+ years of experience in totality, with Public exposure being highly desired.

This Controller will be charged with oversight of not only internal GL functions, but also serving as a liaison to external clients on a regular basis. Our client has a "high-energy" environment and culture, so adaptability and experience working in a fast-paced and growing organization is critical.

This Controller will be handling multiple projects on a regular basis, and needs to be ready to thrive under pressure in managing multiple deadlines.
