• Answer phone calls from consumers and service providers for Tier 1 calls.
• These will be calls regarding the process of how to sign up for the program, application status check, how to use the web portal to submit documentation, etc.
• Offline application reviews.
• Agents will also conduct offline application reviews that are submitted in Near Real Time.
• Minimal email response work
