Are you looking for a new opportunity? Our client, located in Charleston, South Carolina and Columbia, SC currently has openings for Call Center Representatives!! This position is a long term temporary role, with the likelihood of converting to a permanent employee after the project.


• Answer phone calls from consumers and service providers for Tier 1 calls.

• These will be calls regarding the process of how to sign up for the program, application status check, how to use the web portal to submit documentation, etc.

• Offline application reviews.

• Agents will also conduct offline application reviews that are submitted in Near Real Time.

• Minimal email response work

The essential functions of this role include:

• Basic Computer Skills (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Basic Software Skills

• High School (required)
