Job Duties:
- Answering phones (inbound and outbound calls)
- Helping customers with any questions they have regarding their accounts
- Routine data entry of information into company database
- Escalating calls to the appropriate personnel
- Filing and submitting documentation
- Additional duties may be assigned

- Bilingual skills required (English/Spanish)
- At least 1+ years of customer service experience
- Call Center experience preferred but not required
- Detail oriented
- Adapt well to change
- Able to multi-task
- Microsoft skills
- Strong and assertive communication skills required
- Dependability
