Do you have 3-5 years of Benefits Specialist experience and interested in working for a global, publicly traded company? Exciting opportunity with immediate interviews for an established and growing Construction equipment company in Chicago. HR Benefits team is looking for an experienced candidate to assist with FMLA/LOA/ invoices, liaison with vendors, reports and retirement plans. Pays up to $32/hr, benefits offered at 60 days!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Invoicing, reporting, handling benefit mailbox questions
Answering employee questions, interaction with all their third party vendors
About 4K employees to manage
Use SuccessFactors for all Employee Central communication
Ultipro used for payroll
* Provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefits programs.
Gathers data needed to support insurance renewals, annual plan audits, plan valuations, benefit surveys, and ad hoc reporting.
Transmits data to benefit vendors to implement benefit updates and changes, and then validates the successful implementation of those changes
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree and live in Chicagoland area
Pivot tables and V Lookups in Excel
Between 1-5 years of Benefits experience: including employee benefits and retirement plans (both defined benefit and defined contribution plans)
Intermediate knowledge of employee benefits and retirement plan administration, mechanics, legal regulations (including ERISA, PPA, IRS, DOL, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125, ADA, FMLA, and Medicare), and best practices.
Demonstrated experience with independently handling both day-to-day and complex benefit inquiries.
