Addison Group's client is seeking a Benefits Officer to join their team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and reliable.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team on policies, strategies, and department goals
  • Oversee and manage every aspect of the benefits program
  • Work to evaluate and modify the benefits program
  • Manage compliance and inquiries with regards to the benefits program
  • Audit benefits billings and prepare invoices
  • Analyze benefits data to produce the most cost-effective program
  • Work with the payroll team as necessary
  • Maintain a strong relationship with benefits vendors
  • Other assignments as needed

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in benefits management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of benefits procedures
  • Experience with international development
  • Impeccable communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
  • Passion for customer service
  • HRIS proficiency
  • Ability to travel as needed
