Addison Group's client is seeking a Benefits Officer to join their team in Washington, DC! The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and reliable.
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team on policies, strategies, and department goals
- Oversee and manage every aspect of the benefits program
- Work to evaluate and modify the benefits program
- Manage compliance and inquiries with regards to the benefits program
- Audit benefits billings and prepare invoices
- Analyze benefits data to produce the most cost-effective program
- Work with the payroll team as necessary
- Maintain a strong relationship with benefits vendors
- Other assignments as needed

- Proven experience in benefits management
- Demonstrated knowledge of benefits procedures
- Experience with international development
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills

- Ability to travel as needed
