We are actively recruiting team members to deliver on challenging, fast-paced engagements. Our Financial Services teams deliver on engagements including (but not limited to):

  • Scope remediation and cost rationalization
  • Current state analysis and gap assessments
  • Process discovery and mapping
  • Business process evaluation and reengineering
  • Target state requirements definition
  • Controls analysis and business continuity planning
  • Regulatory compliance assessments and advisory services


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with a wide range projects to streamline operations, optimize business processes, improve regulatory compliance, enhance controls and mitigate risk • Manage day-to-day project delivery tasks across the entire engagement lifecycle as part of a larger delivery team
  • Apply strong analytical skills to solve challenging problems while developing deep capital markets subject matter expertise
  • Assist with the preparation of client deliverables and meet all internal and client deadlines
  • Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Contribute to internal initiatives including, but not limited to recruiting, internal operations, business development and thought leadership and whitepaper preparation


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of consulting experience with a top-tier strategic consulting firm
  • Financial services background, with experience in business process reengineering and/or financial systems implementations preferred
  • Developing subject matter expertise in at least one area (experience with mortgage backed securities and securitization processes preferred) 2
  • Experience working as part of a project team through all phases of the project lifecycle: scope definition, planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High energy, drive, and an entrepreneurial spirit • High degree of integrity
  • Demonstrated humility on prior engagements
  • Extroverted personality with strong confidence, social skills, and a great sense of humor Education:
  • An undergraduate degree from a top-tier university in business administration, systems and industrial engineering, finance, accounting, economics, or another strong technical and analytical discipline.
