Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals for our growing client in the Houston area. The Administrative Assistant will support multiple members within the organization.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones and greets clients and customers
  • Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
  • Assists with scheduling of meetings for staff members
  • Compiles spreadsheets for finance leaders
  • Handles invoicing and paying of bills
  • Maintains and updates product information in a customized database
  • Prepares employee expense reports
  • Works on special projects, as needed

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of one year of recent administrative work/experience
  • Preferred to have a four-year degree and/or some college coursework
  • Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills
