Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals for our growing client in the Houston area. The Administrative Assistant will support multiple members within the organization.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Answers phones and greets clients and customers
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Assists with scheduling of meetings for staff members
- Compiles spreadsheets for finance leaders
- Handles invoicing and paying of bills
- Maintains and updates product information in a customized database
- Prepares employee expense reports
- Works on special projects, as needed

Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of one year of recent administrative work/experience
- Preferred to have a four-year degree and/or some college coursework
- Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills
