Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Perform receptionist duties for the office
  • Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and packages timely and efficiently
  • Order office supplies and maintain office supply areas
  • File, scan, photocopy, and fax documents as required
  • Produce professional written communication with little or no need for grammatical edits
  • Work proficiently with the applications in the Google Business Suite, Quickbooks, and other basic software
  • Organize multiple priorities with extreme attention to detail
  • Ensure the security of confidential information
  • Assist with special projects as requested

Job Requirements:

  • Previous Administrative experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
