Executive Assistant

Temp to Hire

Location - North Barrington

Pay - $20-$25/hr

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years Administrative Support experience
  • Experience supporting senior level Executives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Advanced functions in Excel (Pivot tables/V-lookups) are recommended, but not required
  • Professional demeanor
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills


Responsibilities

  • Assist 6 senior level Executives with all administrative tasks
  • Conduct sales reporting in MS Excel
  • Complete expense reporting
  • Manage calendaring for each executive
  • Create and distribute PowerPoint presentations
