Accounts Receivable Supervisor

We are assisting a client in Southwest Nashville who is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor on a temporary-to-permanent basis. If you have prior Accounts Receivable and Supervisory experience and are ready to make a change, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Reconcile daily deposits to the bank
  • Ensure cash receipts are applied accurately and timely
  • Review and post all entries
  • Month-end close process including account reconciliations, cash reconciliation and monthly accruals
  • Supervise 3 people within AR department

Qualifications:
  • Previous Credit Management experience is required
  • At least 4 years of Accounts Receivable experience
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
