Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist needed for a growing company in the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

Responsibilities:

  • Verify, code, post and record incoming accounts receivable data and payments
  • Prepare invoices, credit memos and bank deposits
  • Resolve client billing discrepancies
  • Responsible for posting of AR and cash receipts
  • Place Collection calls to clients to facilitate payment of invoices past due


Requirements:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle Accounts Receivable experience
  • At least 1 year of hands on general accounting experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication a MUST
