Accounts Receivable Specialist
Tulsa, OK

Job Responsibilities:

Daily cash applications, invoicing and vendor invoice processing
Work with customers, sales rep and internal departments to resolve invoice and account discrepancies
Work closely with Senior Accountant, as necessary to meet month-end close deadlines
Respond to customer inquiries timely
Confirm inter-company trade balances during month-end close
Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
3-way matching of invoices, verify quantity, unit price, extension and discount
Coordinate processing of vouchers, checks, ACH and wires
Verify the accuracy of A/P reports
Communicate with suppliers regarding discrepancies or questions on invoices
Successfully researches and resolves any issues that may arise
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Implement drives for cash flow improvement
Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

2+ years of AP or AR experience
Proven track record in keeping overdue/aged balances at a minimum
Excellent time management and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced and continuously changing environment
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
Proficiency in MS Office suite including Excel and Word
ERP System experience
