Accounts Payable Specialist

Our Franklin based client is in need of an additional Accounts Payable Specialist to add onto their team of 4! This client is a leader in their respected field with multiple locations across the United States.

General Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Track expenses and process expense reports
  • Process check requests
  • Process electronic transfers and payments
  • Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks and distribute checks
  • Vendor/1099 maintenance
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  • Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records


  • 2-3+ years' Accounts Payable experience
  • knowledge of Oracle and Lawson is preferred
  • Strong Excel Knowledge is required
