Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Matching, coding and batching invoices
- Data entry
- Process expense reports
- Reconciliation and verification of invoices and/statements
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Processing invoices into customer portals
- Additional duties as assigned
- 3 -5 years' work experience in Accounts Payable responsibilities
- Associates degree, preferred
- Strong and accurate Data Entry skills
- Experience in ERP system. Syteline experience is a plus.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite
- High attention to detail
- Customer Service oriented
