Our client, a growing company in Herndon, VA is seeking an accounts payable specialist for a contract opportunity. The accounts payable specialist will be assisting specifically with the expense report processing in a high volume environment. The ideal accounts payable specialist will have previous experience working within Concur and will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing travel and expense reports within Concur
- Responsible for quality control functions in the AP department
- Track spending and ensure that all payments are within policy
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in expense processing, with previous exposure to Concur considered a plus
- Proven ability to work in a high volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Available immediately
