Siegfried Advisory, LLC an affiliate of The Siegfried Group, LLP is looking for an Accounting & Tax Associate in Philadelphia Metro (Philadelphia, PA and Wilmington, DE) to service its growing group of diverse entrepreneurial clients. This position offers tax advisory opportunities at one of the nation's leading CPA firms. This role reports to a Manager and will make significant contributions to both our client deliverables and our planned growth strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and leverage emotionally compelling relationships with leaders of future-thinking entrepreneurial organizations.
- Provide high quality service to sophisticated entrepreneurial business and high net worth family clients.
- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations and individuals for a variety of middle market and entrepreneurial businesses.
- Preparation of income tax returns
- Accounting assistance and monthly reconciliations
- Research and address Tax and Accounting issues.
- Correspond with tax authorities as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or CPA in process preferred
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong values aligned with our Culture (Fairness, Honesty, Trustworthy, Respectful, Flexible, Strong Work Ethic)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills
- Interest in Client Service is a must
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
