Small 20 person management firm in Bellevue, WA seeks an Office Manager (Accountant) to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys accounting and office duties.
The position will be responsible for payroll processing, maintaining HR benefits and records, clerical and office duties, assist with accounting tasks, provide occasional support to admin front desk when needed.

Must exhibit a positive attitude and friendly nature, excellent communicator, and takes ownership of job duties.

  • 2+ years minimum in accounting or payroll function
  • Proficiency with Excel and Word required
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum AA degree preferred
