Position: Accountant
Location: Downtown Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities:
- AP data entry into QuickBooks
- Audit and update information as necessary
- Oversee payroll on a weekly basis
- Input payroll entries into QuickBooks
- Update 401k, liabilities and garnishments
- Audit and reconcile bank accounts
- Processing and paying AP invoices (online bill pay)
- Oversee collections of past due invoices
- Post payments to appropriate accounts
- Partner with accounting team to preform credit card reconciliations
- Participate and then oversee Job Costing implementation - project based accounting
- Excel data projects as directed by manager
- Special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Some college highly preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in QuickBooks
- Advanced in Excel
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Display excellent oral and written skills
- Experience with a field service company or construction company preferred
