Your Mission

Infinity Ward is currently seeking a Senior Artist.

Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

  • Creates content at an industryhigh level.
  • Prioritizes tasks to ensure bestpossible results.
  • Owns important art tasks andinitiatives from start to finish.
  • Helps to troubleshoot and fixproblem content.
  • Creates documentation ofprocesses for others to follow.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Advanced skill in their disciplinecontent and software.
  • Work revisions are due todirection rather than quality.
  • Demonstrates an advancedspecialization in a specific arttechnique or software package.
  • Expected to evaluate and helpsolve performance concerns.
  • High level of creativity andindependence; requires littleinstruction.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and has proven ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrates a maturity level in line with what would be expected of a senior artist.
  • Can mentor others as needed within their team.
  • Leads by example through the execution of artist responsibilities and creation skills.
