Your Mission
You will be a key member of our Studio Management Team as you help our Engineers clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, and unlock their potential to get optional performance.

You will act as a sounding-board as you help individuals gain self-awareness, confidence and develop the skills to communicate and interact effectively.

You'll have the opportunity to help engineer managers become more effective by building skills such as leadership, change-management, communication and maintaining engaged and inspired teams.
