Access Intelligence is seeking an energetic entry-level Human Resources & Facilities Assistant for our New York office.
The Human Resources & Facilities Assistant will be responsible for working on a variety of administrative, human resources and office/facilities tasks and projects.
Responsibilities include:
Posting job openings and candidate coordination, assembling orientation packages,sending performance review reminders, assisting with event planning, assisting and maintaining our time and labor system, overseeing the daily office functions, liaising with property management, composing and disseminating office communications, facilitating set up for meetings, ordering supplies, managing the security system, managing telephone switches and other duties and projects as assigned.

The qualified candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a sense of urgency, be a team player, and be able to manage multiple priorities at one time. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office is required.
