Assistant Marketing Manager

Access Intelligence is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Brand Activation team based in our Norwalk, CT office. Our core brands include Event Marketer, Chief Marketer, LeadsCon and MultiChannel Merchant. We are recognized as the leading global resource on experiential and promotional marketing, customer acquisition, lead generation, and ecommerce operations. Our audience consists of Fortune 1000 executives and our portfolio includes magazines, websites, digital products, virtual events, webinars, global conferences and awards programs.

The Assistant Marketing Manager will work directly with the Senior Marketing Manager to deploy multi-channel marketing campaigns across products primarily related to the Event Marketer brand to drive engagement and bottom line revenue.


• Assist the Senior Marketing Manager to develop strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns

• Develop, manage and evaluate performance of various products including but not limited to events, webinars, subscriptions and awards programs

• Development and deployment of eNewsletters and email marketing campaigns

• Manage, monitor and optimize websites and registration pages for events, awards and lead generation programs

• Project manage production of creative assets including print ads, web banner ads, onsite event materials, research reports and email and website graphics

• Provide a high-level customer service to clients


• 2 + years event marketing or related experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Skills in WordPress, Google Analytics, programmatic advertising and SEO optimization

• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CMS

• Experience with Marketo or similar email deployment system

• Ability to work with multiple departments including design, production, IT and email operations

• Experience with graphic design, Adobe CS and event registration systems a plus

• Detail oriented, resourceful, problem - solver, eager to learn and grow
