You are:

A self-motivated problem-solver and a natural leader. You know how to use Salesforce to creatively design, prototype, and implement solutions for your client's unique challenges. You are comfortable working independently and managing teams. If there's a new way to do something that improves outcomes for clients, you'll find it.

The work:

  • Serve as the primary leader , take accountability for team delivery completion efforts
  • Promote innovative thinking, drive business development
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Develop a strategic vision for clients and internal teams
  • Mentor and monitor staff professional development
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce.com developer or architect
  • Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (current) are required


Bonus points if:
  • You have a Salesforce Technical Architect certification
  • You're a pro at managing the expectations of high - profile clients and building a reputation of trust
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
