The Organizational Change Management Specialist will be part of an Accenture team supporting an effort to maintain and expand the web portal presence. This high visibility role requires an extensive amount of self-initiative and the ability to work independently. The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate meetings or workshops to gather feedback and requirements
  • Work closely with leadership across the client organization to define and prioritize requirements
  • Work with the team to develop and manage implementation plans for new project initiatives
  • Develop change management plans around design changes
  • Work with team to develop and provide training around new features
  • Educate end users through interactive and relevant communications and other deployment activities
  • Design and execute campaigns to raise awareness, increase understanding, facilitate adoption, and foster stakeholder commitment
Qualifications
Basic Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (in Business, Information Management, or IT related field preferred)
  • 3 years client facing consulting experience
  • 2 years organizational change management experience, to include experience developing and deploying communications and stakeholder engagement plans
  • 1 year experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and requirements gathering workshops
  • 1 year experience managing the execution of IT Projects
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Experience creating/implementing a Change Impact Assessment, developing and deploying a communication plan, deploying a Change Network, Conducting Surveys, Organization Readiness
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Proven track record of strong communication and collaboration skills (oral and written; good briefing skills)

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
