Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of the production and development of an AWS Cloud environment for the customer. Provide technical support for systems and software products and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting and provide technical services for the security and other requirements consistent with industry and cloud best practices.
Here's what you need:
- Bachelors' degree in an IT related field, or at least four years of experience working with IT systems with a focus on infrastructure and network (in lieu of degree)
- Cloud experience (preferably AWS)
- U.S. Citizenship required, no dual citizens
Bonus points if:
- Experience working with AWS or Azure
- F5 and/or PaloAlto firewall experience (in a professional environment)
- Cloud certifications
- Experience writing documentation in support of obtaining an ATO implementing NIST Special Publication 800-53 and 800-37
This role requires US Citizenship with no dual US citizenship accepted
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
