This individual will be part of a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate and optimize the essential corporate functions of finance, analytics, planning and HR.

The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of more than 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.

As a Workday Talent/PerformanceAssociateManager your primary responsibilities may include:
- Serve as an escalation point for critical functional issueresolution

- Provide subject matter expertise to aid in decision making related to the functionalsolution

- Architect Workday HCM solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered andmitigated

- Advise clients on industry standardsand leading practices.

- Demonstrate design optionsusingprototyping.

- Understand and apply Workday and Accenturemethodologies.

- Provide the Project Manager with status updates andkeep them apprised of overall project status.

- Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve projectobjectives

- Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.

- Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Existing and up to date Workday Talent/PerformancePartnerCertification

- 3+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

- 2+ years of Workday Implementations, most recently in a leadership role

- Experience managing teams of 1+persons

Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
Preferred Skills:
- 2+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.

- Desire to broaden your expertise by obtaining Workday certifications and/or gaining deep expertise in additional functionalareas

- Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.

- Think analytically and can effectively apply logic to solve problems.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands.
