Vendor Contract Associate Manager - Denver, CO / Location Negotiable
Mortgage Cadence, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accenture, has been partnering with mortgage lenders since 1999, offering the industry's only true one-stop shop mortgage technology solutions designed for point-of-sale through post-closing. In a time when efficiency, speed and the customer experience are paramount to the success of lenders, Mortgage Cadence offers the most reliable software and dedicated people, supporting lenders every step of the way. Each of our products has revolutionized the mortgage lending process in some way, changing the way lenders lend and borrowers finance.
As a software company, we think like a start-up, with every employee empowered and encouraged to be visionary. Teamwork and innovation define what we do as we take our customers into the future by providing the last lending solution they will ever need
Experience with and or familiarity with the mortgage technology industry and the mortgage industry is helpful, though secondary to enterprise SaaS marketing experience. The incumbent ideally has demonstrated experience differentiating what are often perceived by extremely finite market prospects as like technology solutions. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage content marketing to generate leads and revenue opportunities, and experience developing relationships with industry contacts and vendors in support of the overall marketing strategy. This role also requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deep analysis of results for increased ROI.
Mortgage Cadence is looking for an experienced vendor contract manager to create an effective, collaborative approach to this discipline for the Mortgage Cadence team. The incumbent works with all groups throughout the organization, especially the requesting/sponsoring product management, development and information technology teams (or other Mortgage Cadence teams requiring third party software or partner relationships). Additionally, this individual will establish / maintain relationships within Accenture legal, procurement, data privacy, information security and other relevant teams to design streamlined process and procedures for legal agreements required for Mortgage Cadence's ever-growing third-party ecosystem.
While the incumbent is not responsible for identifying third parties with which to contract, the Vendor Contract Manager will help with the legal agreements required to establish and build third-party relationships both in early stages and ongoing when contracts are renegotiated, etc. This individual will engage with these same third parties post-contract for relationship audit purposes.
