Job Description:

Accenture LLP seeks a Technology Delivery Senior Manager in Chicago, IL to structure and implement complex technology solutions to allow Payer and Public Service clients to meet organizational objectives. S/he will perform the following duties: analyze key business problems to identify value areas; develop and grow client relationships by acting as a single point of contact for client account leadership and generate new business opportunities through client contacts; review account performance with Client Account Leaders (CALs) and Delivery Leads; oversee project delivery, and ensure client satisfaction; work with client account leadership to set client expectations and manage those expectations; participate in client account planning and forecasting activities; advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function; negotiate and advise senior management for both the client and Accenture; and participate in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for Accenture's Health & Public Service market. The position is based at the Accenture office in Chicago, IL, but overnight travel to client sites is required up to 80% of the average work week.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 8 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT including the following professional experience: 8 years gathering requirements, developing use cases, designing specification documents, and implementing and overseeing system technology integration/transformation projects using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); 5 years designing Medicaid business processes and defining system and software requirements; 5 years defining and managing Software Development processes and implementing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); and 5 years utilizing Integrated Eligibility software packages to apply Affordable Care Act eligibility rules and determine benefit eligibility.
