Position Title:

Technology Delivery & Operational Excellence Manager (Multiple Positions)

Responsibilities:

Technology Delivery & Operational Excellence Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Phoenix, AZ): Deliver IT production systems and services based on operational requirements by driving incident, issue, investigation, and restoration for Accenture or our clients. Design, architect, and develop tools to help facilitate process improvement and assist clients in improving existing processes. Implement digital technology applications including Web and Mobile App. Work on root cause analysis, deep dive on incident reduction, continuous improvement initiatives, and optimize environments for operations stability. Operate IT production services according to protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and improve SLA. Monitor systems and trends, and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems and errors, and improve overall performance. Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

+ Basic qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (Applied), Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 6 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate) in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Of the required experience: 6 years of experience must be in each of the following: SAP Basis administration including SAP system sizing, implementations, and version and patch upgrades; and, utilizing all of the following: SAP Solution Manager, SAP Netweaver systems, AIX, IBM I series AS400, Windows Server 200x, Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 databases; and, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: End to end solution architecture experience across enterprise applications; and, continuous improvement initiatives, including Automation and optimizing environments for operations stability; and, 3 years of experience must be in each of the following: Hospitality domain; Central Reservation Systems in Hospitality domain; and, utilizing Java, Linux, AIX, Wily introscope, Agile, and waterflow project management. Must have the following certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
