Operations professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Outsourcing professionals may be based at a client's office or in one of Accenture's 50 delivery centers around the world.

The Technical Support Engineer - ForgeRock resource will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and enhancements of all enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) components. The resource will be part of a managed services team in the client's Technology Operations Center performing Level 2 triage and troubleshooting activities, in addition to executing on approved requests and changes. Responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot enterprise IAM solutions
  • Specify, design, and build IAM solutions including password management, SSO, federation, and authentication.
  • Firm understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and protocols including: SAML, OATH, OAuth, federation, certificates, kerberos and multi-factor authentication.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of any identity architecture, services, and components
  • On-call to support operations in case of issues
  • Create and maintain system documentation
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations

+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Access Manager and Identity Management

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Good Understanding of IT infrastructure and web architectures
  • Experience with IAM technologies: ForgeRock, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and Open AM.
  • Experience with other IAM technologies such as Tivoli Access Manager (TAM), Tivoli Directory Server (TDS), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI), and Ping Federate
  • Experience with Linux and MS Windows OS
  • Java programming skills
  • Experience in IT operations and service management
