The FAI Team Lead - Quality Engineer is responsible for daily supervision of a team e.g. delivery, process. They manage the workload of the team, may make work assignments, and have responsibility for developing team members. This role also operates as a subject matter expert and may be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer escalations.
- Manages effective internal external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility Exercises consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to management policies and the general operations of the business Reports directly to management and client Leading Root Cause/Corrective Action efforts
+ Basic qualifications
- Minimum of three years of First Article Inspection (FAI) experience Bachelor's Degree or recognized technical diploma Minimum of one- year of managing people Minimum of two years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access) Must be a US Citizen
- Auto Cad experience Engineering background CATIA/ENOVIA knowledge or working experience Working knowledge of manufacturing methods and inspection/verification equipment Experience with industry specifications such as SAE AS9100 & SAE AS9102
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer relationship management
