People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Review select content against the policies and training
  • Service requirements for each reviewer is to review and analyze a target number of content per day with a classification system based on a set of policy guidelines which will be provided
  • Become an expert on content review
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail to review content against existing policies
  • Consistently meet teams' daily targets
  • Be a helpful mentor for new hires
  • Support urgent requests and projects while collaborating with cross functional teams Conduct market research to prepare for new product launches
  • Ability to learn quickly and provide sound judgment to classify content based on a set of policies, you will need to navigate through ambiguity
  • Strong written and oral communication skills


+ Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer facing operations environment
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing, supervising, and developing teams of professionals

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Problem solving escalation management
