Position Summary
As a Procurement Specialist, you will responsible for leading teams in our Sourcing and Procurement practice. You will provide actionable insights to the world's top organizations, helping them address priority C-suite issues with strategies they can execute with speed and at scale.

Key Skills / Experience
  • Indirect Materials/SG&A (Technology, Marketing, Travel, Facilities, Professional Services, etc.) cost takeout and sustainable procurement strategy and/or Direct Materials /COGS (Chemicals, Metals, Resins, Ingredients, etc.) cost takeout and sustainable procurement strategy
  • Advanced spend analytics / should cost modeling
  • Procurement operating model design
  • Procurement technology and digital disruptors
  • Responsible procurement/ESG
  • Strategic cost management for internal and external third-party cost
  • Ability to support both client origination and delivery
  • Ability to effectively manage and coach others
  • Team player; collaborative mindset

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Procurement or 3rd Party Cost Takeout initiatives
  • Minimum of 2 years working in an external consulting firm and operating at the Consultant equivalent
  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tier 1 strategy consulting firm experience
  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Excellent leadership, management, and relationship building skills

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $119,000 - $166,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
