In this role, the Software Account Specialist supports existing customers through a ticketing system by developing a thorough understanding of the customer s requirements, and then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the Document Center product to identify optimal solutions that support business objectives to meet or exceed customer requirements. The Software Account Specialist is also responsible for translating business requirements to technical requirements and working with the team to implement mortgage document package changes quickly and efficiently. In addition, this person will collaborate regularly with other departments and team members to facilitate customer initiatives.
