You Are:
An Incentive Compensation Management (ICM), Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and/or Sales Performance Management (SPM) whiz. You have a mind for both technology and business, and you know the ins and outs of sales team organization and processes. Problem-solving skills You enjoy putting yours to work through creative and analytical thinking across both strategic and implementation type efforts. You're a clear and effective communicator, and you have an open, relatable manner with clients and colleagues. You perform well in an agile, fast-paced working environment. And you know how to balance being a leader with contributing to the collective efforts of the team.
The Work:
- Help clients optimize and transform their SPM functions and technology including compensation management, reporting, sales field experience, compensation plan design, forecasting and quota/territory management etc.
- Lead delivery teams that help clients manage compensation by leveraging transformation solutions that address their unique sales and operations needs
- Design impactful user experiences within sales, finance & operations organizations
- You're familiar with popular ICM and CPQ tools used by the market leaders
- Build client's capabilities to measure and improve their sales productivity
- Proven experience in business development supporting SPM-related pursuits
- Establish long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to help build the Accenture Consulting practice
- Manage and coach junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position
- Travel: For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only. QUALIFICATIONS
Here's What You Need:
- At least 9 years of experience responsibilities including: Analyzing an organization's sales functions to identify customer and employee pain points associated with SPM, ICM and/or CPQ
- Advising clients on the sales process and organizational changes needed to improve the customer and employee experiences
- Making recommendations for technology solutions to improve and connect sales and services experiences for customers and employees
- Implementing your recommendations with cross-functional stakeholders, including business and technology leaders and frontline employees
- Building business cases and calculating ROI on customer strategy initiatives
- Hands-on experience working with SPM/ICM/CPQ cloud platforms including SAP Sales Cloud, Oracle CX, Varicent, Anaplan and/or Xactly
- Working with agile delivery methodologies
- At least 5 years of strategic program experience involving project and team leadership
- Bachelor's degree

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is 200,000 -$205,999 and information on benefits offered is here.
