Role is located in Austin, TX. This is a long term, non consulting role. The PMO Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting Root Cause and Corrective Action processes and supporting other PMO functions as necessary, including the following RCCA Responsibilities RCCA Project Management and work planning Support Operations and Technology in delivering quality RCCA work products to the client Central coordination point for client RCCA requests and responses extensions, feedback, etc. Overall RCCA process owner process improvements and concurrent support for up to 5 RCCAs per week.
Additional Responsibilities
Support primary resource and backfill for HIPAA activities walk throughs, reporting, CDP Support primary resource and backfill for internal and external audits SOC, PHI, Single State, etc.

Be responsible for delivering all assigned initiatives according to schedule.
Identify issues and risks and bring them to the supervisor s attention with sufficient lead time to avert crises.
Track and report status to supervisor per established weekly status reporting process.

Manage delivery deadlines for project wide documentation requests. Work independently to bring entrusted tasks to completion.

Qualifications
Priority consideration will be given to TMHP project resources. We are seeking local, Austin based candidates, as we are a position and contract based account. The project will not pay for travel or relocation to Austin.
Requirements:
-1 year minimum PMO or equivalent experience
-1 year minimum experience with process improvement and production of client facing deliverables
-1 year minimum experience writing, editing, and reviewing time sensitive client facing materials
-Experience mentoring and coaching team members or working effectively within a small team
Preferred Skills:
-Bachelor s Degree
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Advanced Microsoft Word
-Beginner Intermediate Excel and Visio
-1 year minimum experience with HP PPM and MCATS
-1 year minimum experience with Stakeholder and Senior Leadership communications
-1 year minimum experience with root cause and corrective action analysis and reporting or equivalent experience
