The Salesforce Solution Architecture Senior Manager leads project team to advise, innovate and transform the IT Landscape of the client. He/She takes overall accountability for solutioning and delivery of one or more Salesforce projects and programs at a client.
The Senior Manager is also responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales cycle including the origination of opportunities, development of proposals, and client presentations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead one or more project teams to enable the client to realize business value from the latest technology.
Build and sustain trusted advisor relationship with clients, and shape our clients' business and IT agenda Growth Accenture consulting business, develop market leading capabilities and provide thought leadership in technology consulting.
Accountable for mobilizing the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources and rolling them on to the engagement.
Accountable for ensuring that the projects or programs adhere to Delivery best practices and principles Baseline Scope and Change Control.
Maintain consistency between the baseline scope and estimate by following an agreed and documented change control process.
Estimating - Revalidate the estimates at key transition points in the development lifecycle.
Standardization - Perform the work in accordance with Accenture Delivery Methods Metrics.
Calculate - (based on the baseline plan and estimates), report and act upon the standard.
Accenture metrics Status Reporting - Provide standardized status reports every period, managing risks and issues, communicating across the leadership team, and escalating where necessary.
QA Process - Ensure adherence and participate in Delivery QA reviews and resolve all critical actions to the agreed timelines Transparency and Communications.
Collaborate with the client lead to understand the contract and financial objectives of the overall engagement or client, and share this understanding with the team Individual objectives.
Cascade engagement-specific objectives and use these to drive performance evaluation across the delivery team.
Shared Objectives - Understand the client expectations, and participate in appropriate steering committee and status reviews with the client. Develop with the rest of the client team a shared set of objectives and expectations that enables successful partnership between the teams.
Financial Ownership - Proactively manage the Estimate at Completion (EAC), providing appropriate financial inputs into Accenture financial management systems.
+ Basic qualifications
Minimum 10 + years experience blend of business and technical solution experience in solution and leading large sales, marketing and service programs in general digital transformation programs.
Minimum 5 + years experience in Salesforce strategy, roadmap design and creation.
Minimum 5 + years experience in selling consulting work - preferably developed in big consulting companies.
Minimum 5 + years professional services or 8 years industry experience in agile delivery of integration services.
Minimum 3 + years experience in Products - Life Sciences or CG&S or Travel & Hospitality.
Minimum 3 + years experience in crafting a value proposition and responding to RFP, RFI from clients.
One or more certification related to Salesforce Cloud processes, sales, service and/or architect level.
Minimum travel requirements (Monday - Thursday) up to 75% where applicable.
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-orientated environment.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment.
Desire to work in an information systems environment.
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
