Job Description :
Accenture Technology - Salesforce Team is looking for a Salesforce Developer who will focus on implementing Salesforce.com based Field Service products with enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing Salesforce Field Service utilizing best practices using declarative and imperative methods to deliver an effective solution.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Typical Day Snapshot - Field Service Developer
While we'd love to say that there's a "typical" day in the life of a consultant, we all know that every day will be different! Some of the day to day challenges of this role will include:
- Meet with clients and senior analysts to gather business requirements.
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business processes and application requirements.
- Develop custom and out-of-the-box solutions using Salesforce and Field Service functionality (APEX, SOQL, Lightning Component/Lightning Web Components, Visualforce as well as declarative tools such as Field Service mobile flows)
- Participate in software development life cycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
- Provide documentation for reference/maintenance.
- Implement solutions utilizing best practice and participate in peer for code reviews and unit testing.
- Support post deployment activities including knowledge transfer, process documentation, and application bug fixes.
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 months of Salesforce development experience.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Field Service software or business practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)
- Cloud based Field Service solutions specific experience highly desired.
- Experience in Salesforce.com implementations.
- Prior experience as a team member of successful software project implementations related to Service Cloud, Service Power or ServiceMax.
- Experience in a consulting organization.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
