  • Identify new opportunities to apply the power of data-driven marketing and commerce for our clients (B2C and B2B)
  • Engage with C level customers (CFO, CMO, CPO, VP SCM ...) on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of data-driven experiences ( DDEx )
  • Support customers in defining their DDEx journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps, positioned earlier in the sales cycle (including origination, proposal development and client presentations)
  • Set strategic - and achievable - near-term goals for clients and project teams and find the best approach for a client's unique digital transformation challenge
  • Lead large teams on projects of varying size and scope - helping them set transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within Accenture
  • Team with current and future customers on DDEx transformations based on multi-project/year experience in implementing DDEx solutions
  • Become a trusted expert and influencer to help your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertise
  • Harvest and build thought leadership, assets and best practices
  • Build relationships with Salesforce account and industry teams
  • Be ready to build those air miles with frequent weekly travel: Monday-Thursday as needed

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a functional marketing or commerce role designing solutions (e.g., capability assessment, requirements gathering, experience design, process reengineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in professional services/consulting (ideally with experience in both sales and delivery)
  • You have experience working in multiple industries ( e.g. consumer goods, retail, financial services, high-tech, life sciences, automotive, industrials)
  • You're comfortable presenting directly to senior clients and you can explain complex concepts to anyone from an intern to a CFO, CHRO or CMO
  • Bachelor's Degree
Bonus points if:
  • You can build an internal business because of your experience in presales and practice growth
  • Experience with the Salesforce platform (specifically Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio, Commerce Cloud, Customer 360)
  • Experience with campaign management or ecommerce/store management
  • Experience with data management and customer data platforms
  • Experience working with marketing agency creative teams
  • Salesforce certifications
