You Are:
A sales channel wizard with deep insight into the nitty-gritty details of how companies are transforming and growing their partner channels and managing their relationships from partner strategy and incentives to partner end to end management capabilities. Your wheelhouse includes a solid grasp of partner relationship management business processes like channel incentive strategies, partner enablement, partner go-to-market, channel data and rebates, or incentive calculations, and financial claims and rebate pay-outs. You know what a good partner experience looks like and how to create that for enterprise companies. Team player That describes you well-and you perform best in an agile, fast-paced environment where you get to use your creative and analytic abilities to solve meaty problems. You know a thing or two about leadership, and you have a knack for relating to people and communicating clearly and effectively.

The Work:
  • Evaluate clients' current channel strategies, functions and capabilities and recommend solutions for growing partner ecosystems solutions that address companies' unique market and organizational needs
  • Redesign client strategies, functions, processes and their partners' experience like partner enablement, incentive management, opportunity to order and channel operations and support that's needed to achieve their goals
  • Design and implement strategic partner relationship management tools with the support of project teams
  • Build clients' capabilities to measure and improve their partner ecosystem metrics and analytics capabilities to drive growth, scale and agility
  • Lead change-management initiatives that drive adoption, ease implementation, and position clients' partner transformation solutions for ongoing success
  • Establish long-term client relationships and support business development efforts when needed
  • Mentor junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position
  • Be ready to rack up those air miles with frequent travel to clients when life resumes to normal

Qualifications

Here's What You Need:
At least 7 years of professional experience in the following:
  • Partner Strategy & Operations - experience with partner sales, partner recruit, and partner sales execution
  • Analyzing and assessing channel partner compensation or incentive strategies
  • Using data analytics to power partner relationship management end-to-end
  • Driving large, complex global transformation projects
  • Experience building, leading or advising high performing partner programs, partner development, sales, and/or business development teams
At least 5 years of experience working with:
  • Cloud (SaaS) solutions and determining how they fit into a client's larger application ecosystem
  • Cloud and on-premise applications for channel partner compensation or incentives, and for channel sales data collection
  • At least 4 years' experience in a consulting environment
  • A Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points If:
  • Your Bachelor's degree is in engineering, computer science, information systems, or business
  • Knowledge of industry trends for partner programs and platforms

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is

$217,500-$235,299 and information on benefits offered is here.
