Mortgage Cadence is seeking an experienced and ambitious Marketing Lead to expand its customer base through continually increasing qualified lead generation and sales while authentically representing the Mortgage Cadence brand. This key team member directly impacts the success of our leadership position in mortgage technology specifically and our position as experts in the mortgage industry generally.The successful candidate will have a proven track record of B2B enterprise Software as a Service SaaS brand building and generating qualified sales leads. Equally important is past success building and fostering strong, deep partnerships with sales organizations, ensuring the two remain closely focused on achievement of annual and five year sales goals. Building partnerships with other disciplines within the organization, especially product management development is equally important.

Experience with and or familiarity with the mortgage technology industry and the mortgage industry is helpful, though secondary to enterprise SaaS marketing experience. The incumbent ideally has demonstrated experience differentiating what are often perceived by extremely finite market prospects as like technology solutions. Candidates must have a comprehensive understanding of how to leverage content marketing to generate leads and revenue opportunities, and experience developing relationships with industry contacts and vendors in support of the overall marketing strategy. This role also requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deep analysis of results for increased ROI.
