The Business Architect works with the client and the solution team to design a program aligned to their needs and Expectations assuming Day to Day Business Direction for the Senior Leadership as well as the teams. The business architect should have a clear view and understanding of the overall architecture to help inform decisions and prioritization of the work teams and will work with the Clients Product Owners Solution Owner to ensure the planned work and the way we work is aligned to expectations
The business architect should also be involved in the change management portion of the program, specifically around business readiness and providing support / input for training. This could include helping identify key areas of change from how the users (brokers / internals) interact with the system vs. how that will be different in the future
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications

- 10+ years Consulting experience preferred
- 5+ years experience and knowledge of PC Insurance software applications and platforms.
- Understanding of Insurance platform architecture and solution across Billing, Claims, UI, Integrations, etc.
- Strong understanding of OOB functionality to help steer client conversations towards OOB or minimal configuration / customization across all industry leading platforms (Duck Creek, Guidewire, etc).
- Understanding of the InsureTech and ecosystem partners
- Understanding of Personal & Commercial P&C Lines - business processes and procedures across the value chain, with a focus on Policy, Billng, and Claims
- Bachelors degree.
