Responsibilities:




Program & Project Management Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Florham Park, NJ): Support the program/project from scoping and requirements through deployment for an end-to-end project or specific area of a project for Accenture or our clients. Develop technical specifications and related documentation. Create program sources and conduct unit/integration testing to deliver final technology product to the testing environment. Analyze functional and technical business requirements and verify that the requirements are aligned with business needs and objectives. Drive continuous improvement of current processes. Provide production support and resolve incidents. Identify and implement monitoring and enabling solutions to ensure high availability and performance of the applications and environment. Coordinate work between different teams at different locations. Create and present report for service level adherence and other operational metrics to stakeholders. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management. Interact with client or internal senior management.

+ Basic qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Of the required experience, 5 years of experience must be in each of the following: Application Rationalization and Modernization; Data Integration; Technology Life cycle Management; utilizing Vitalize Application Portfolio Suite; utilizing Life science Applications Dataset Analyst; utilizing IBM InfoSphere Optim; utilizing Veritas Enterprise Vault; utilizing SAP SD; and, Data Archiving objects including Data Structures Command, Dataset, and Data Adapter Objects in Archiving Applications.

  • Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
