Program, Project & Service Management Senior Manager (Multiple Positions) (Accenture LLP; Atlanta, GA): Assess engagement deliverables and develop measures to evaluate key performance indicators for the CAS/CPwerx software solution implementation for Accenture or our clients. Identify and resolve performance issues with commercial marketing and sales strategies to create optimal solutions through improved processes within Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) industry. Identify resolutions within operational capabilities in the areas of trade promotion management/optimization (TPM/TPO), In-store Retail Execution (RE), and Merchandizing. Implement enabling capabilities and operating model solutions addressing solution architect, process design, governance and control design, supporting organization design and key business and people performance metrics. Create solution plan and implementation approach for the large projects by estimating and defining optimal delivery models. Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments. Manage large teams and/or work efforts. Be involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for area of responsibility. Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters. Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
